The room can accommodate up to 80 people in theatre-style setup. For workshops or training sessions (table setup), the recommended capacity is around 40–50 people, and for U-shape meetings we recommend 30 people.
The rental fee includes the standard technical package: professional video projector, projection screen, sound system, flipchart with markers, and dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
To ensure food safety and the quality of our services, we do not allow external catering. Hotel Ambiance has its own kitchen and we can offer a wide range of coffee break and lunch menus, including vegetarian and fasting-friendly options.
Yes, the hotel has a private car park. Parking spaces are offered free of charge to event participants, subject to availability. The Grozăvești metro station is also just a 3-minute walk away.
Smoking is not allowed inside the conference room; however, a major advantage of our venue is the direct access to a private terrace. Participants can step outside to smoke or get some fresh air without having to go down to the ground floor or leave the hotel.
Yes. If you organize your event with us, your partners or colleagues coming from outside Bucharest benefit from a preferential corporate accommodation rate.
Of course. Our team will set up the room according to your initial requirements in the morning. If you need a major change of setup (e.g. from theatre style to round tables) during the lunch break, please inform us in advance so we can allocate the necessary staff.
The final number of participants (for coffee breaks or food menus) must be confirmed 48 hours before the event. This will be the minimum number that will be invoiced.
To secure the desired date, it is necessary to sign a contract and pay a deposit (usually 50% of the estimated amount). The remaining balance is paid according to the agreed contractual terms.
If discussions run over and you wish to extend the duration of the event on the same day, this is possible only subject to the room’s availability (if there is no other booking immediately after yours). The cost for extending the schedule (overtime) is 25 EUR / hour. Any hour started is charged in full.
